Ingredients

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
dash of hot sauce
chopped green pepper (optional)
chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown onion, green pepper and mushrooms with ground beef. Pour off any fat.
Take off heat.
Stir in tomato sauce, then slightly beaten egg, seasonings and spices.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Top with cheeses.
