Scrambled Eggs With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
8 large eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, gently beat eggs and blend in sour cream and seasonings.
Put egg mixture in skillet and cook to desired firmness.
Serves 4.
