Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cream or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob, then scrape cob for milk left in cob.
    Melt butter in skillet, add corn and cook over medium heat for ten minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add salt, pepper, and sugar and cook five minutes.
    Stir in cream or evaporated milk and serve.
