Southern Spoon Bread(Cornbread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Corn Meal
2 c. Sour Milk
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
1 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until nice and brown.
