Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute together the onion, green pepper and margarine.
    Add the eggs, creamed corn, kernel corn and corn muffin mix.
    Pour into a 2-quart dish.
    Top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
