Snow Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Crisco, melted
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and melted Crisco.
    Then add flour.
    Roll out on floured wax paper and cut into biscuit size.
    Let rise 45 to 60 minutes.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown on top.
    Makes 12 biscuits.
