Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
dash of pepper
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
2 1/2 c. small broccoli florets
3/4 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. prepared tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Heat small saucepan of water to boiling.
Add broccoli to pan and cook 2 minutes; drain.
Combine Ricotta and Mozzarella in small bowl.
Spread over prepared pizza crust, leaving 1-inch border.
Arrange 1/4 cup broccoli in center, then arrange remaining broccoli around edge of Ricotta.
Spoon tomato sauce over exposed Ricotta mixture.
Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
Bake pizza 10 minutes.
Cut into 8 wedges.
