Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can tiny butter beans, drained
1 can white corn, drained
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can tiny green peas, drained
Preparation

Boil sugar, vinegar and oil for 2 to 3 minutes and stir well. Pour over chopped vegetables in large bowl.
Add drained vegetables and stir well.
Keeps well in the refrigerator.
