White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 cans Great Northern beans
    2 (15 oz.) cans white corn (Shoe Peg)
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Cook chicken with oil, onions and garlic until tender.
    Add other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and top with Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.
