Easy Cheezy Zucchini Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
4 zucchini, sliced
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Special K

Preparation

Spread zucchini on bottom of pan; top with onion, then cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until zucchini is tender.
At last minute, sprinkle Special K cereal on top to brown lightly.
