Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli (tops only or buy florets)
    1/2 can concentrated cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until almost tender (about 10 minutes); drain well.
    Cut off tops, leaving a small stem (or buy florets). Combine concentrated soup, mayonnaise, beaten egg, cheese, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Add broccoli; spoon into lightly greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with crushed, buttered Ritz crackers.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
