Dottie'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. powdered mustard
    1/2 lb. green beans, cut into 2-inch lengths (frozen beans may be used)
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, halved
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    In large skillet, combine all except vegetables.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Add green beans, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and zucchini.
    Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer for 1 minute.
    Serve hot.
