Chicken Mexican Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chiles, drained
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. sliced olives
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
Preparation
    Lightly brown chicken in oil.
    Place in shallow baking pan. Combine catsup, chiles and onion; spoon mixture on each chicken piece.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with olives and cheese and bake additional 10 minutes.
    Garnish with cilantro or parsley.
