Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. country style ribs
1/4 c. onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Brown ribs on both sides, 10 to 15 minutes.
Put ribs in crock-pot.
Mix all other stuff.
Pour over ribs; cook for 4 hours.
Yum yum.
