Beef Casserole Chinese Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. finely sliced, raw celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk or cream
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Arrange thawed peas over meat; cover with sliced celery.
    Mix together soup, milk or cream, seasonings and onion.
    Pour over all.
    Sprinkle chips over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
