Baked Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. large shells
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 pt. tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook shells in 4 quarts of boiling water and 1/2 cup oil. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes; drain and cool.
Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley and salt.
Stuff each shell with mixture and close (use a teaspoon to fill).
