Pecan Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 egg whites
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar and baking powder.
    Fold in pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
    Pour into hot, buttered pie pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not bake too long!!
    Top with whipped cream.
    (For hot, buttered pie pan, grease a glass pie pan with butter before you start pie and put in oven to heat while you are stirring up the pie).
