1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. water
4 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
