Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in confectioners sugar until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls; place on waxed paper lined baking pan. Refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm, approximately 1 hour. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and oil. Stir well. Dip balls into chocolate. Return to baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes more. Makes 5 dozen.
