Basic Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice bread or 1/3 c. oatmeal
1 small onion, chopped or onion flakes
1/4 c. shredded carrots or 1/4 c. chopped celery
1 egg, slightly beaten or 2 egg whites
1/2 c. skim milk
1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin, chuck or beef, crumpled into mixture
Preparation

Blend ingredients thoroughly and press into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Microwave at 100% on High until internal temperature reaches 150\u00b0, approximately 13 to 15 minutes.
Rotate once or twice.
If more moisture is needed, chop small apple or 1/3 cup applesauce will help.
Blend in salt or pepper or peppercorns if desired, before cooking.
