Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork spareribs
2 tsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. hickory liquid smoke
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
onion slices (optional)
Preparation

In saucepan, lightly brown garlic in butter.
Add water, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, brown sugar, catsup, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
