Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    beef base (to flavor)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. canned mushrooms
    1/4 c. sour cream
    cornstarch
    1/4 c. onion (optional)
Preparation
    Cook beef cubes until done.
    Add base to desired taste.
    Add mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.
    Thicken with cornstarch mixed with cold water.
    Add sour cream last.
    Serve over cooked noodles. Chopped onion is optional.
