Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. flour or may be a little more
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put sugar, salt and shortening in large bowl.
    Pour scalded milk over these ingredients and let stand until warm.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add egg to yeast and then to milk mixture. Stir in flour.
    Let rise once.
    Punch dough down and refrigerate until ready to use.
    When ready to use, make in rolls.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 30 rolls.
