Andrew'S Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot sausage
    12 oz. pkg. sharp cheese
    several dashes Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Let sausage and cheese stand at room temperature.
    Mix with Bisquick and sauces.
    Form into small balls; place on ungreased pan (not touching) and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Prepare and cook ahead.
    Freeze; reheat.
