Five Minute Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (4 oz.) can or bottle mushroom slices or buttons
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    paprika for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Arrange chicken pieces in baking dish; set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except paprika, in a large bowl.
    Pour mixture over chicken, then bake for 60 to 75 minutes, until done.
    Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
