Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 servings of mashed potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Spread potatoes in greased shallow casserole dish.
Top with sour cream, cheese, bacon and onions.
Casserole may be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours, if desired.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
