Pasta With Fresh Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    6 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. tri-color pasta
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in 1 1/2 to 2-quart pot.
    Cook onion and green pepper until tender, but uncolored.
    Add tomatoes, salt and honey; cook over moderate heat 15 to 20 minutes until tender but not falling apart.
