Ingredients

2 oz. soy sauce
1 oz. vegetable oil
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix ingredients and baste chicken.
Let chicken stand in marinade in refrigerator about 24 hours.
Bake on grill as desired.
