Capital Punishment Chile - cooking recipe

1 large onion
8 to 10 garlic cloves
1 lb. ground chuck
2 lb. ground pork
2 c. beef bouillon
2 bottles beer
3 c. tomato sauce
3 c. stewed tomatoes
2 c. kidney beans
2 c. chili beans
7 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mole
2 tsp. chili peppers
Preparation

Simmer at least 2 hours.
One-half hour before serving, add 1/2 cup masa, mixed with water to a paste.
