Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carrot, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 box croutons
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except croutons, butter and cheese.
    Pour in bowl on top of 1/2 the croutons.
    Add remaining half of croutons on top.
    Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Add grated cheese the last 5 minutes.
