Calico Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. cubed green pepper
    1/2 c. cubed red pepper
    2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    dash of salt
    dash of hot red pepper sauce
Preparation
    In hot oil, in wok or heavy skillet, stir-fry onion and peppers until onion is golden, about 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add cabbage, salt and hot pepper sauce. Simmer, covered, over low heat until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
