Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix well with stuffing mix.
    Put 1/2 of this mixture in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Reserve the rest for topping.
