Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. water
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Roll nuts in this mixture until coated.
Put sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Take the nuts from the egg mixture and roll in sugar mixture.
Place on a buttered pan and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring often.
