Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. grated cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 sweet pepper
    1 onion
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, pepper, onion and salt.
    Let stand 15 minutes. Drain and add sugar and vinegar.
    Put in container and refrigerate.
