Roast Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb (about 5 lb.)
    5 cloves garlic
    rosemary (spice)
    thyme
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Wipe
    meat
    with paper towel.
    Make gashes in the meat; place the slivers of garlic in.
    Sprinkle roast with rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Place in pan, fat side up,
    and roast,
    uncovered, in slow oven (300\u00b0) until tender. Allow\t30
    to 35
    minutes
    per pound for roasting.
    When meat thermometer registers 180\u00b0, the lamb will be well done.
