Asparagus And Potato Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked asparagus
1 egg
fine dry bread crumbs
2 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned
creamed asparagus
hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Butter and dust pan.
Beat egg and add to the potato. Pack a layer into the pan using half the potato.
Add layer of asparagus. Finish with potato.
Dust with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Unmold and serve with creamed asparagus.
Top with slices of hard-boiled eggs.
