Raisin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) boxes Muscat raisins (5 c.)
3 sticks margarine (1 1/2 c.)
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
7 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat butter.
Add eggs, sugar and half of flour; mix well. Add vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix remaining flour and raisins. Add mixture to batter.
Bake at 275\u00b0 until done.
