Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. carrots, shredded
    1 can pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. walnut pieces
    5 oz. sweetened coconut (flaked)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, buttermilk and vanilla on low speed. Beat in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until a pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
