Corn Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Jiffy corn bread mix
3 to 4 stalks and leafy celery, diced
4 to 8 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, fresh chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1 small onion, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
giblets (from turkey)
Preparation

Prepare corn bread per package; cool and cube.
Boil giblets, celery, 1 chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper in water until giblets are cooked through and veggies are tender. Pull out giblets and dice up.
Mix corn bread, stuffing, eggs, fresh onion, poultry seasoning, giblets and veggies from broth, pouring broth over to moisten but not saturate mixture.
Don't work a lot, just to mix.
Stuff into turkey or heat in oven separate pan until heated completely through.
Heating it outside the turkey makes it crispy on top.
