Chocolate Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sour cream
    confectioners sugar (for sprinkling)
    1/2 c. cocoa powder
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature
    1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour a 9-inch square baking pan.
    Combine flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Beat butter, sugar and zest until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in half the flour mixture, then sour cream, then remaining flour.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Spread batter in pan.
    Bake until a toothpick stuck in center comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to rack and cool completely.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Makes 9 slices.
