Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. canned creamed corn
fat
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients. Drop in egg with corn. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Drop by spoonfuls into 370\u00b0 fat.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain.
