Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 bottle red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray pans with Pam (you'll need 3 round pans).
    Mix together all ingredients with an electric mixer. Divide batter among the 3 pans.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Test for doneness with a toothpick.
    Cool layers on a wire rack (still in pans) for 10 minutes.
    Carefully remove pans and let completely cool.
