Pat-In-Pan Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add oil and mix well.
Pat in 9-inch pie pan, fluting edge, if desired.
Fill with filling.
For baked pie shell, bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
