Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Melt the butter in pan. Add the sugar; stir well. Add the egg, pecans, raisins, coconut, vinegar and pumpkin pie spice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
