Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck or lean hamburger
    2 oz. dried onions or 1/2 c. fresh onions, chopped
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1/2 qt. water
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 qt. can kidney beans
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook hamburger until done; drain.
    Add onions, chili powder, salt, tomato juice, water and kidney beans.
    Simmer until done. Can use 2 pounds hamburger.
    Makes smaller amount.
