Old-Fashion Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked, cubed and drained
    1 qt. milk
    salt, pepper and butter
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook, cube
    and
    drain\tpotatoes; add milk.
    Heat thoroughly and season\twith
    salt, pepper and butter.\tMix butter, flour, egg and
    milk.\tDrop
    by teaspoon into hot soup.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes.
