Strawberry Salad And Sweet Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vinegar (cider, wine or tarragon)
1 1/2 c. salad oil
mixed greens (romaine, Boston, spinach, etc.)
strawberries

Preparation

Prepare the dressing at least 2 hours before serving.
Mix the sugar, mustard, celery seed, paprika and vinegar and stir every 30 minutes until the mixture has the consistency of honey.
Add the salad oil, slowly with the aid of a whisk or electric mixer (or add syrupy vinegar and oil to an electric blender) and mix until uniform.
