Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 or 5 c. apples, cut up
1 or 2 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix the sugar and eggs together.
Add the oil.
Mix together the flour, salt and soda.
Add to the sugar mixture.
Add the vanilla and cinnamon.
Mix together.
Add the apples and the nuts. Bake in a greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
