Game Hens A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cornish game hens
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
    pinched, crumbled dried tarragon
    2 Tbsp. butter flavor sprinkles
    1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place game hens, breast side up, on a rack in roasting pan and roast in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
    Keep warm.
    In a small saucepan, combine juice concentrate, chicken stock and cornstarch mixture.
    Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until thickened.
    Add tarragon, 1 1/2 tablespoons butter sprinkles and pecans.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Split cooked hens in half.
    Spoon some of orange sauce over each half and sprinkle sauce with remaining butter sprinkles.
