Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes (frozen, cubed)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Allow hash browns to thaw or defrost in microwave.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl until fully mixed.
    (Leave some cheese to sprinkle over top.)
    Mix hash browns in and pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
